Hey-Hey, Ladies!!!
We are a little over halfway through the initial Ho 30 Challenge… WOOT-WOOT!!! I hope you are conversing more, learning some new things, implementing and exploring some techniques.
While this challenge is meant to bring about a deeper connection with your mate, this is also about US as individuals. I want to encourage, support, inspire, and help us gain more confidence within ourselves to take control and speak up for what we want both inside the bedrooms and in our relationships in general.
We know how the saying goes, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Sometimes, we think that to be seen in the light of day, we have to be in full makeup, hair, the best outfit with the right pair of shoes, etc. I am certain that our mates see us differently and more often, a lot more simple, with the light shining on us just right, messy hair, a simple t-shirt and not a lot of fuss. We are our own worst critics and concerned with our fuller humps, the extra cushion for the pushin’ or the maturing of our faces and perhaps those are the things that are loved most about us.
I am proposing a challenge!!! Have your mate share with you a picture they keep on their phone of when they think you are at your sexiest!!! Discuss what they like best about it and see you through their eyes (how does that feel for you?!?) If you desire an updated picture, then have your mate choose an outfit from your wardrobe and put it on, with however they like your hair, makeup vs. natural face, etc. (try your best not to improvise). Or, take your own GROWN WOMAN selfie of when you feel the most confident, carefree and can take on the world!!!
