About Us

We are the Wiggetts!!!

We are a dynamic duo and have been together for over 11 years and married blissfully for 6. We are the proudest parents of our 4 year old son and each day we are devoted to living our best lives for our family. Our journey to this point has been filled with much self discovery and commitment to exhausting all possibilities. We are dedicated to being open to the transformations we need to make as individuals in order to show up for one another day after day.

The Ho 30 Challenge is a part of a much bigger picture for the two of us who have a shared career goal. We hope that by starting and branching out from this point forward, it will propel us to ultimately land where we desire to be and help more people in a variety of different capacities.

We understand that the road to love can have many obstacles along the way and we can provide empathy and support on your path, as you evolve from past troubling and personal experiences and arrive upon the love you desire for yourself.

We are firm believers in that effective COMMUNICATION is the key factor in any healthy reciprocal relationship. We will assist you in identifying your love language as you deepen your connection with those that you love.

Dr. Brian Wiggett, Psychologist

Hi, I am Brian and work as a therapist along with administering evaluations for the courts of Colorado. Throughout my career in the behavioral health field for over 20 years, I have run successful and unique men’s groups and have worked with the severely and persistently mentally ill. However, it’s been my work in providing therapy with college students that has inspired me in part to working on this blog with my wife. There is an ongoing theme for students, beyond concerns about school work and the general anxiety that causes: Many of them are struggling to connect with others, due to fears of making mistakes or being seen as weird. It struck me that it’s likely even more difficult for this generation to connect than it was for me, as so much of their communication is done through a device rather than face to face.

I have been divorced twice, I am nerdy and struggled with confidence as it relates to intimacy until being in this marriage to my wife, Regina. I understand the difficulties in attempting to connect with someone, and feeling distance within a marriage. It is our hope to help anyone who’s feeling similarly, to rebuild their confidence and improve the relationships they are in.

Regina Wiggett, Life Coach

Hello, my name is Regina and I have over 5 years experience as a certified coach, specializing in love and relationships. I have worked in many different capacities throughout my 20+ years in the work field and working with people has always been a consistent theme throughout my work career. I have a wealth of resources and tools accessible to draw from, to better support my clients.

I am businesswoman, running a successful event planning and decor rental company, Life by Design Services. While running my business, I routinely found that my wedding clients especially, were always seeking counsel when going through the planning process. The ability to bring both of my skill sets together to plan events and work with clients through their relationships struggles is fulfilling my heart’s passion.

Throughout your self discovery journey, I will challenge and hold you accountable to taking charge and making actionable steps towards your desired goals. My ability to ask vital questions based on observations in what is being shared during session will allow me to provide personalized and unique perspectives based on your current needs.
